Job Description:

Eratap Beach Resort is looking to employ 2 local chefs to work in the Resort's kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Resort's Head Chef and gain invaluable experience in quality dining. The successful applicants will be working in all parts of the kitchen, prep, cold larder and hot section. Transport is provided to and from work.

Criteria:

Applicants need to prove they have relevant kitchen experience and or have achieved appropriate qualifications through the hospitality college in Vila. All necessary on the job training will be provided during the course of employment.  It is essential that any person applying for this position has a strong willingness to learn and a love for cooking.
