Job Description: The national Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced person to fill the above challenging role of Property Supervisor. The Role: This is a senior position and requires a committed person who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the premises of the National Bank of Vanuatu (NBV) by contracting for maintenance, services, supervising repairs and assist senior management by monitoring and makes recommendations to improve property operations and inspect the NBV property monthly to ensure the highest standard are maintained. It is expected that the successful applicant will possess:

Criteria:  At least a certificate in Property Management (or related field) At least 3-5 years' supervisory experience in property management Sound supervisory skills & leadership skills Good understanding of financial statements Good understanding of business needs and expectations Sound property management training skills Relevant communications & marketing skills Proficiency in computer skills Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Working well as part of the team.
