National Advisory Board for Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction (NAB) Job Description:

A new exciting opportunity exists within the Ministry of Climate Change to be a member of a dynamic team who is responsible for driving the whole-of-government strategic agenda for climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction. The Strategic Manager of the NAB is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the NAB Secretariat's operational and administrative functions.  The Successful applicant will possess: Criteria: A master's degree in Public Administration, Environmental/Political Science or related field Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in public administration, management or similar position ideally in Vanuatu CC/DRR experience at the national, regionl and international level Experience working with the Vanuatu Government Well developed advocacy, communication and networking abilities Previous experience managing staff.
