Job Description:

The Vanuatu Red Cross Society is seeking applications from dynamic and highly motivated persons to immediately fill up the following position as part of its VRCS management team.
Criteria:
  •  Oversee the Coordination of First Aid Training including planning, evaluating and monitoring of activities for the Commercial First Aid Project;
  • Contribute to the planning of the Commercial First Aid Project;
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote VRCS commercial First Aid service;
  • Manage the sale of VRCS First Aid kits;
  • Three (3) years of health background with exposure to First Aid experience in the field required will be preferred;
  • Demonstrate experience in (i) Administration skills (ii) Marketing (iii) Willing to preform within a team (iv) Capacity building training (v) Monitoring and evaluation of First Aid activities;
  • Excellent computer skills (internet, Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Ability and flexibility to travel on demand;
  • Knowledge of health system in Vanuatu.
