  • Ensuring kitchen food consistency and ticket time standards are intact
  • Managing food purchasing and storage
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Helping create new recipes and write menus
  • Cooking in the hot section

Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Passion for cooking 
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate your colleagues
  • Willing to work all hours, weekends and public holidays
