- Minimum 5 years experience in food preparation in a commercial kitchen.
- Sound knowledge of quality standards, portion and budget control.
- High Level of personal hygiene and a full understanding of health and safety in a kitchen.
- Be able to create specials including using fresh local seasonal produce.
- Strong staff management and training skills.
- Must be a team player and work well under pressure.
- Completed an APTC or other Hospitality Course an advantage.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
