Job Description:

Breakas Beach Resort is looking for a General Manager to manage the day to day operation of the resort, delivering an excellent guest experience.. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all, staff and finance. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel Establish targets, KPI's,schedules, policies and procedures Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and team work Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting assumptions, recommending objectives Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; Coordinating actions with corporate staff Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing resort standards.

Guest oriented and service minded 6. Requires ability for highly complex conceptual thinking and developing creative solutions 7. Previous hospitality experience required 8. Previous GM experience required 9. Requires a minimal formal education of Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of the job experience 10. Must be able & willing to manage and adhere to a strict budget 11. Some sales and marketing experience required.
