We are currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Sous Chef in our Kitchen.


The successful applicant must:

Criteria:

Have previous relevant experience of a minimum of 2 years and qualifications in food preparation and kitchen work
- Be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene
- Be able to assist the Head Chef to create menus form fresh local seasonal produce
- Able to supervise the Kitchen Staff
- Be a team player and work well under pressure.
