Job Description:
If you are enthusiastic in learning new things, have the skill to become a team leader and willing to join the National Bank of Vanuatu team in moving forward with new and exciting innovations in rural banking services, the bank is now recruiting for the following post.
This is a Senior post which will require a committed person who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Lakatoro Branch, playing a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and ensuring the branch meets all customers' retailing and banking needs. It will be reporting directly to Head of Retail Banking in Port Vila.
It is expected that the successful applicant will possess:
Criteria:
- At least a certificate in Business (or related field)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in banking or working in a professional environment
- Sound people management and leadership skills
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Good Understanding of Business needs and expectations
- Sound coaching and training skills
- Relevant training and marketing skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent Analytical & problem solving skills
