Job Description:
If you are enthusiastic in learning new things, have the skill to become a team leader and willing to join the National Bank of Vanuatu team in moving forward with new and exciting innovations in rural banking services, the bank is now recruiting for the following post.
This is a full time role within Lakatoro branch, working as a team leader and playing an important customer officer role in the provision of day to day banking services to NBV customers in Lakatoro and the surrounding communities in Malekula.
The role incumbent will support the Branch Manager to ensure the Branch meets it's customers retail banking needs in accordance to Bank policies and procedures.
It is expected that the successful applicant will possess:
Criteria:
- Good Customer Care Skills
- Good Operational and Supervisory skills
- Have at least 3-5 years banking experience
- Have people management skills
- Ability to manage and solve conflicts
- Possess good interpersonal and counselling skills
- Have good communication skills
- Prepared to lead and work as a team member.
