Job Description:
Ratua Private Island is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead an enthusiastic team in Santo.
Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant service at all times
- Motivate staff to improve performance during service
- Manage staff hours and reward whenever applicable
- Assist in service whenever necessary
- Ensure all resort guests are catered to, to Ratua standard
- Be present during all lunch & dinner services
- Ensure guest communication is recorded and procedures followed.
