Job Description:
The Board of Vanuatu Cultural Centre wishes to recruit the position above for it's main office in Port Vila.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop all commercial activities of Vanuatu Cultural Centre.
- Market the sales of Vanuatu Cultural Centre's products (publications and merchandise).
- Organize, run and develop a range of tours and other activities for tourists and visitors to the Museum (daily video presentations and lectures twice a month or traditional dances).
- Identify and develop opportunities for the Cultural Centre to increase it's revenue from commercial activities.
- Develop plans for advertising and sales promotion, work on developing new products and managing product line.
- Maintain the Cultural Centre inventory of commercial products.
Criteria: - Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Qualification in Business administration, marketing or related field
- Three (3) to four (4) years work experience in related field
- Be computer literate
- Knowledge of French and English language
- Good communication skills and be able to work under minimum supervision.
Salary:
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be subject to qualification and experience.
