Job Description:
Lope Lope Resort based in Santo is now recruiting for a full time assistant to our Head Chef.
We operate a busy 5 star Resort Restaurant which is open 7 days a week.
The ideal candidate will come from a Resort or fine dining background and, be capable of preparing outstanding A La Carte meals.
Criteria:
Must Have:-
- 5 years experience working in a Commercial Kitchen
- Sound knowledge and good practice of quality standards and portion control.
- Attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good Practice of Food Safety and Hygiene.
- The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate exceptional hands on capabilities in all tasks associated with this position
