Job Description:

We are require  well organized person to take responsibility for the smooth running of our dynamic Real estate Office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed.

Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:
  • day-to-day running of the office
  • provision of administrative support to Director
  • staff management & production of reports
  • some marketing duties
  • other adhoc duties as requested 
Applicants must have:

Criteria:

  • At least 3+ years Management experience or background in Office Management
  • Be highly proficient with MYOB accounting practices
  • Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applicants especially WORD and EXCEL
  • Have experience using database management systems
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English
  • A positive disposition, HONEST and well presented
  • The ability to communicate in French is desired but not essential.
