Working in Westpac you will have exposure to a diverse group of professional people in a highly dynamic, customer focused environment. This role will report to Team Leader Customer Service Operations.
Major Accountabilities in the role include:
- Provide superior service by asking questions and recommending products to meet customer needs
- Maintain a sense of urgency to serve customers and reduce queues
- Have an up to date knowledge of products and procedures
- Have a passion for customers and fulfill customers needs by providing solutions including electronic banking needs
- Share knowledge and experiences of team work with members to help build sound and productive working relationships
To be successful in the role, the applicant should display the following competencies and experience:
Criteria:
- Experience in working as part of Customer Service Team.
- Sales background as an advantage
- Well developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both Written and Verbal (French an advantage)
- Must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn;
- Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnerships with Customers.
- Desire an ability to provide an excellent level of Customer service
- Need to have completed Year 13 education
- Must have a drivers license
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time
