Job Description:
Youth Challenge Vanuatu is seeking a dynamic individual passionate about working together with youth and individuals from diverse backgrounds and statuses to join our hardworking team for the full-time position of Program Coordinator.

The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day office in Luganville, Santo;
- Coordinate the completion of existing volunteer program of local youth - This ranges from awareness and selection days and preparation for the community development projects through to completion of the work experience placement training and support youth for future endeavors;
- Supervise the Project Assistant Officer in the implementation of the Rural Community Projects.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Criteria:
- Highly motivated and hardworking; Strong planning and organizational skills; computer skills in word and excel;
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken including English; Strong community links and knowledge of youth services;
- Project Management skills including budget management; Ability to deliver training to achieve outcomes;
- Experience and passion in working with youth; Experience successfully working in a team environment;
- Commitment to YCV's Value; Understanding of YCV's program and the organization (desirable); Experience in training or leading groups (desirable);
- Possess good character including honest, reliable and
- Prepare to meet deadlines and work under-pressure.
