| | Requirements include: |
| | Criteria: |
| | o Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position |
| | o Must speak fluent English; French an advantage |
| | o Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts |
| | o Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant |
| | o Organize marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes |
| | o Set budgets, analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability |
| | o Maintain high standards of quality control in food, service, hygiene, health and safety |
| | o Recruit, train, motivate, roster and supervise staff |
| | o Install and manage night audit, reconciliation and any relevant internal procedures |
