| | o Excellent knowledge of how to prepare various recipes of cocktails |
| | o Able to acquire good product knowledge about different wines and other alcohol provided by the restaurant |
| | o Knowledge of cash register |
| | o High level of personal hygiene; full understanding of restaurant and bar health and safety |
| | o Well presented; outgoing and friendly personality |
| | o Provide excellent customer service |
| | o Well organized; great teamwork skills |
