| Job Description: |
| The Branch Manager role has the prime responsibility to the position Westpac as the number one financial services business within their local area. This role is responsible for running and growing the business by: |
| - Management of expense budget |
| - Leading and coaching a high performing service team to realise our ambition of delighting our customers and earning all of their business |
| - Developing and delivering on a business plan for their local area |
| - Build up a position high profile in the local community, actively promoting Westpac and developing strong relationships with key members of the local community to develop a strong referral base. |
| The person will also be responsible to lead a team of four(4) staff and will report directly to Bank Manager in Port Vila. |
| Major Accountabilities in the role include: |
| - Run the local business; Lead and coach the team; Superior Customer Service; Operations Management; Community Partnership. |

| Key Business Relationship/Interactions: |
| - External and Internal customers; Branch Team; Local Business and Community partners; Business Banking Manager; Personal Banking Manager. |

| - Banking experience of five (5) years experience including staff leadership or relevant experience in a similar industry. |
