| | Criteria: |
| | - You must have at least 5 years experience in an Executive Chef Position or a similar role in a recognized 4 star international food & Safety hygiene. |
| | - You must be fluent in English and have formal qualifications in international food & safety hygiene. |
| | - you must possess a strong Occupational Health & Safety(OH&S) knowledge and the ability to train and develop strong internal succession program with the kitchen team. |
| | - You should have leadership skills, have exceptional communication, organizational and administrative skills and have proven effective management of a department's budget & forecasting plan. |
| | - You should be able to motivate team members with key leadership skills and hands on approach. |
| | - Must have excellent interpersonel skills combined with execllent verbal and written communication in English. |
| | - You must have knowledge of Operah PMS System and Micros System is a great advantage. |
