| | • A master’s degree in Public Administration, Environmental / Political Science or related field |
| | • Minimum of 10 years experience in public administration, management or similar position; ideally in Vanuatu. |
| | • CC/DRR experience at the national, regional and international level |
| | • Experience working with the Vanuatu Government |
| | • Well developed advocacy, communication and networking abilities |
| | • Previous experience managing staff |
