| | The Vanuatu Association of Non Government Organisations (VANGO) is an |
| | autonomous umbrella body of all Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and |
| | CSOs in Vanuatu, whose mission is to improve the capacities of NGOs and |
| | CSOs to deliver quality services for Social Justice. |
| | VANGO seeks to recruit a dynamic Chief Executive Officer(CEO) to manage its |
| | operations and provide strategic leadership and high quality impact in working |
| | with NGO, CSO communities and partners. The position has responsibility to |
| | represent the organization locally and internationally. Answering to VANGO |
| | Board, the applicant must have the following skills and experience: |

| | - Have strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically; |
