The role ia also expected to ensure all customers' retail banking needs are met in a prudent manner, and according to the Bank policies and procedures. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Possess god opertaions and managerial skills; |
| | - Be able to lead and supervise subordinate staff; |
| | - Possess sound knowledge of local business and community environment; |
| | - Have successfully completed appropriate secondary education to Year 13 level or higher; |
| | - Have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in service delivery; |
| | - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; |
| | - Be over 25 years of age; |
