| | - Must have a University entrance level, Diploma or year 13 leaving school certificate. |
| | - Special Education in Economics and Accounting. |
| | - Must have relevant experience in Accounting and/or budget preparation and Management as well as experience in financial matters. |
| | - Must have strong quantitative and analytical skills. |
| | - Must be a practical thinker. |
| | - Must have strong written and oral communication skills. |
| | - Must be Honest, Reliable and of good character. |
| | - Must speak English or French and Bislama. |
