| | We are looking for an IT Technical support officer in our support staff team from October 2014. |

| | Applicant must demonstrate the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum Certificate qualification in Computer hardware and soft ware. |
| | - Minimum of 3 years experience monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks environments. |
| | - Experience in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. |
| | - Good memory of how software and operating system works. |
| | - Ability to think logically. |
| | -Problem - solving skills. |
| | - Good oral and written communication skills (preferably bi-lingual). |
| | - Ability to train clients and computer users. |
| | - Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. |
