| Criteria: |
| - Must have 3 years of previous experience in front office in an international hotel; |
| - Must be able to coordinate front office staff and other who are signed to her/him; |
| - Must be able to supervise, monitor and coordinate the activities of all front office operations; |
| - Need to be able to meet and greet and to handle enquires that may occur; |
| - Need to communicate communications with other guest's related departments, as well as back of the house operations; |
| - Need to be able to be part of a team and lead and work late hours; |
| - Must have previous experience with PMS/POS; |
