| We are currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Head Chef in our Kitchen. |

| The successful applicant must: |
| Criteria: |
| • Have previous relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years and qualifications in food preparation and kitchen work. |
| • Be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene. |
| • Be able to assist the management to create menus from fresh local seasonal produce. |
| • Be confident in leadership in all sections of kitchen operations. |
| • Have a strong handle on inventory supervision and management. |
| • Have good creativity in order to deliver superior options to hotel guests. |
| • Possess good interpersonal skills |
| • Be very customer focused. |
| • Be a team player and work well under pressure. |
