| - Diploma or Degree is desireable. |
| - Special Business Education - Accounting and Auditing. |
| - 3 years experience in book keeping, accounting, and auditing or related activity. Some experience in supervisory role and exposure to the Finance Management Information System. |
| - Practical Thinker. |
| - Strong written and oral communication skills. |
| - Honest, reliable and of good character. |
| - English or French and Bislama. |
