| | "Under the supervision of the Head of Wash Program : To conduct the civil engineering activities in two communities (Koro and Biam) in Gaua Island." |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Civil engineering or rural hydraulic diploma. |
| | - Relevant and successful experience work with the Red Cross especially on gravity water systems. |
| | - Experience of at least 10 years of civil engineering work, especially in design and implementation of construction of water facilities in rural areas. |
| | - Communication, analytical and "learning by doing" training skills adapted or rural areas. |
| | - Good knowledge of computer management and report applications. |
| | Ability to work in rural and isolated environment. |
| | - Civil and hydraulic engineering design, analysing and adaptation. |
