| | The Port Vila Municipal Council wishes to recruit a Senior Valuation Officer to work within the Town Planning & Building Division. A key role of the Valuation Officer is to undertake valuation of every properties within the Port Vila Municipality and also assist to implement measures targeted to achieve PVMC's 2014 Budget and proposed PVMC 2015/2016 business plan. |

| | The successful candidate must obtain the following selection criteria: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Possess good operational and management skills. |
| | - Be able to lead and supervise subordinate staff. |
| | - Must be qualified with a Diploma or BA in the Land Management or related field. |
| | - Have aminimum working experience in the field for the past 2 years. |
| | - Possess sound knowledge of local business in community environment within Port Vila City. |
| | - Must be computer literate and knowledge in Maplnfo and other mapping software. |
| | - Knowledge of PVMC policies and the Municipalities Act. |
| | - Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
| | - Ability to prioritise task and work under-pressure. |
| | - Posses good customer skills. |
