| | The Ministry of Health wishes to recruit an experience and qualified person to fill the position of Manager Human Resource, Corporate Service Unit Ministry of Health. |

| | - Degree( or Equivalent) |
| | - Human Resource Management, Public Administration or Business Administration. |
| | - More than 2 years experience inb the field of human resource management or similar field. |
| | - Analytical Thinker, writing skills, planning & organizational skills, coordination and computer skills. |
| | - Critical thinking Creative and reasonable thinker. |
| | - Must have ability to critically assess and continuously improve. |
| | - Able to think proactively, strategically, quantitatively and analytically while being practical and open minded. |
| | - Good listener. |
| | - Excellent Verbal and written communication skill. |
| | - Experience in presentation preparation and public speaking. |
| | - Have networking and negotiation skills. |
| | - Respect, honest and patient. |
| | - Be professional and have ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. |
| | - Fluent in English, Bislama and Understanding of French is desirable. |
