| SCA in Vanuatu Program aims to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people in the areas of health and well-being, child rights and child protection. We advocate on behalf of children and promote the rights of the child. |

| The overall goal of the Save the Children Vanuatu “Healthy Babies, Healthy Teens” (HBHT) project is to improve Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) in target areas through the following strategies: |
| |
| • Improve RMNCH knowledge, attitudes and practices among mothers and community members |
| • Increase access to, and quality of RMNCH services at health facilities for pregnant women, mothers and children |
| • Improve nutrition of pregnant mothers and children 0-2 years of age |
| • Investigate and document the issue of teenage pregnancy |

| One Program Manager |
| The role of the HBHT Program Manager will be to: |
| • Oversee and co-ordinate the effective planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Program. |
| • Support the Island Coordinators to develop program activity and monitoring and evaluation guidelines to contribute to improved quality of program delivery. |
| • Provide on-demand, hands-on programmatic and technical support to Island Teams as required. |

| Criteria: |
| • Extensive project management experience and a thorough knowledge of the project management cycle, including project planning and monitoring. |
| • Experience in working in partnership with government, donors, and community organizations. |
| • Experience managing staff. |
| • Post-Secondary qualification in a related field. |
