| | This Request for Expressions of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in dgMarket online 26th July 2011 and published Issue no 804, 16th August 2011, and re-advertised 30th October 2013. |
| | The Pacific Aviation Safety Office (PASO) is currently implementing the Pacific Aviation Safety Office Reform Project (PASO Reform Project), supported by the World Bank. The PASO Reform Project has the development objective to ensure effective regional delivery of aviation safety and security oversight in Pacific Island Countries by strengthening the Pacific |
| | Aviation Safety Office’s technical and coordination capacity. The project’s implementing |
| | Entity is PASO, with project implementation support from the Technical and Fiduciary |
| | Services Unit (TFSU) of the Pacific Aviation Investment Program (PAIP). |
| | The PASO Reform Project intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include Project Coordinator for the PASO and expected to provide services for an initial two year period, with a possible two year extension, and will be based in Vanuatu. |

| | The PASO now invites eligible Individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services; including a CV and a statement addressing qualification and experience requirements for the position. |
