| | Criteria: |
| | - Have a minimum of 10 years design with project management experience. Ideally the candidate will be from a Civil/Structure engineering background. |
| | - Be degree qualified and familiar with the Australian & New Zeland Standards and familar with the National Building Code of Vanuatu. |
| | - Have experience in seismic design as well as multi-storey residential & commercial developments. |
| | - Have a proven track record of delivering projects within time & budget. |
| | - Have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams. |
| | - Have knowledge of business strategy and business development, including proposal writing. |
