| | All Applicants should provide the following. |
| | 1. A police Clearance from countries they have resided in for the last ten (100 years. |
| | 2. Certificates of qualifications. |
| | 3. Resume which is to include 15 years of work experience and achievements. |
| | Criteria: |
| | 1. A qualified builder either from Australia ar New Zeland with more than 20 years qualifications in the building/construction industry in these countries. Other International building experience will be preferred. |
| | 2. Must have at least four(4) years qualification and experience in steel fabrication. |
| | 3. Must good knowledge and experience in construction/building work for the food industry. |
| | 4. Must have a good understanding Ni-Vanuatu culture and 'Tink Tink'. Prior working and management experience in Vanuatu will be preferred. |
| | 5.At least 10-15 years' experience in contract negotiations, WH&S and project management. |
