| | Development Facilitators: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (3 Positions on Santo and 1 position on Pentecost) |
| | 1. Taking a Team approach, implement the agreed program design document with focus on achieving results. |
| | 2. Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders such as communities, leaders and local government. |
| | 3. Provide the ongoing Monitoring of program activities. |

| | The Ideal candidate should: |
| | Criteria: |
| | a) Have at least two years' experience in managing projects, with proven financial management and community development skills; |
| | b) Have strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple task; |
| | c) Be able to work gracefully under pressure; |
| | d) Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; |
| | e) Be able to build strong working relationships; |
| | f) Be computer literate. Knowledge of WASH is an asset. |
