| | Applications are invited for the position of Sales Tours Assistant Officer for Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position will be based at Air Vanuatu Sales Office, Port Vila, Vanuatu. This is a Junior to mid level role, the appointment will be made to the most suitable applicant and on the job training will be provided where required. |

| | The position will have duel reporting line to both Sales Manager and Tours Coordinator. |
| | |
| | Applicants must suitably qualified for this position and meet the following Criteria: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Plan, Prepare and cost packages for clients. |
| | - Make travel, accommodation, transfer and activities Bookings. |
| | - Confirm customer names with hotels/transfer/activities. |
| | - Providing pricing information |
| | - Liaise with our international and local freight handlers and customs department to ensure efficient delivery of goods. |
| | - Handling issuing of tickets and vouchers |
| | - Collect payment as required. |
| | - Must be proficient in English & Bislama, French desirable. |
| | - Excellent administartaive, organizational and planning skills. |
| | -Ability to work weekends, publi holidays, and overtime, when required. |
| | - Visiting resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability. |
| | - Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps. |
| | - Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback. |
| | - Must be able to provide police Clearance and Medical Report declaring fitness for all duties. |
| | - Preferably a minimum year 13 school leaver. |
| | - previous travel industry experience is an essential. |
