| | We are looking for Financial Advisors to join our company in Port-Vila and give our emerging affluent clients first class advice and service. You will benefit from administrative support and training from our group of companies with offices in Noumea, Sydney and Port Vila. The applicant, if successful, will be offered to join the company as a Partner. |

| | To be a successful applicant, you should: |
| | Criteria: |
| | • Proactively build relationships w/ existing clients to meet business objectives including asset consolidation, diversification, and client deepening. |
| | • Proactively develop a portfolio of new clients. |
| | • Leverage financial planning tools to determine the appropriate investment strategies for existing and new clients. |
| | • Recommend appropriate internal products and services to meet clients’ financial goals by utilizing consultative selling skills. |
| | • Deepen client relationships through providing excellent service, ongoing portfolio reviews, and proactive financial advice. |
| | • Understand and explain financial markets and economic conditions to clients |
| | • Excels in a fun, fast, competitive sales environment with very high growth potential. |
| | • Ability to handle client concerns with tact and professionalism. |
| | • A minimum of 2 years recent work experience as an Investment Representative from a Wealth Management firm, preferably with an international background. |
| | • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory. |
| | • Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel. |
| | • Excellent listening & outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. |
| | • Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments. |
| | • Speaks English and one or more of these languages: French, Chinese, Bislama. |
