Job Description:

The Grand Hotel & Casino is seedking a highly motivated and talented Sous Chef to help lead our busy kitchen team.



- Menu selection, design and implementation.

- Team training and development.

- Liaision with suppliers.

- Ability to produce high quality consistent food

- Stock control

- Operatonal team/shift management.



Candidate Profile:

Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.

- Hard working and true passion for food.

- Ideally possessing tertiary cooking qualification(s)

- Prior experience in busy restaurant kitchens.

- Very organised and self motivated

- Possesses strong leadership and motivational skills.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Creative and progressive cooking skills.
