| - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. |

| - Ideally possessing tertiary cooking qualification(s) |
| - Prior experience in busy restaurant kitchens. |
| - Very organised and self motivated |
| - Possesses strong leadership and motivational skills. |
| - Able to work under pressure. |
| - Creative and progressive cooking skills. |
