| | I. Assist with the Provision of the daily advise to the applicants ( clients) |
| | II. Participates in the execution of the ministry’s responsibilities for citizenship approvals |
| | III. Ensure that the clients must comply with the requirement with citizenship |
| | IV. Analyze, asses the applicants documents and make recommendation to the secretary General, respond to applicants who do not meet legal requirement ( Internal screening) |
| | V. Prepare reports and submit to secretary General Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience |

| | Successful candidate should demonstrate the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | • A Bachelors or Master Degree or Diploma in Law, Public Administration and Management |
| | • Demonstrated Ability to apply provisions of relevant laws in terms of advise and Internal assessment of the client applications |
| | • Demonstrated the ability to undertake research |
| | • Be computer literate, have good communication skills and valid drivers license, Investigation skills, negotiation skills |
| | • Must have good command of written and spoken English |
| | • Honest, committed to high ethical standards |
| | • Must be fluent in English and French and Bislama |
