| Our client is seeking a competent and friendly person to manage the office, the Center and the finance administration for the company as a permanent position. The person must be confident in dealing with people and able to manage rent collection within a commercial centre with hundred+ rented space. The person must be reliable, trustworthy with a mature attitude, optimistic |
| behaviour, always ready to learn client and problem solving oriented. |
| Key tasks will include: |
| - manage all rental agreement and monthly/weekly rental payment collection |
| - take all incoming phone and walk in enquiries |
| - managing monthly finances on MYOB and Excel Savy |
| - managing all VAT returns, invoicing and payments |
| - office administration and Center Supervision |
| Criteria: |
| - Customer service experience |
| - Office administration experience |
| - Experience in managing business finances |
| - Excellent communication skills in Bislama and French or English |
| - Office management experience |
| - Assertive and confident in dealing with people |
| - Sound problem-solving skills |
