Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Administration Manager, and he/she will be able to provide office support work relating to admin duties such as preparing banking, filing, stock control, exportation and importation of goods from overseas suppliers and other administration duties assigned by the Administration Manager.



The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

Criteria:

• Need to have a good phone manner and speak clearly;

• Strong skills in written and spoken English (min year 12 leavers);

• Experience in working in an office before;

• Can work independently or as part of a team;

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

• Experience on Word, xl and outlook programs;

• ASYCUDA /customs clearance Experience could be advantageous;

• Fast and accurate computer skills;

• Able to work Monday to Saturdays;
