| | Criteria: |
| | - High school Diploma or equivalent; |
| | - Must have at least 2 years previous experience in guest service and reservations role; |
| | - Extremely proficient in computer knowledge, Excel and Word proficiency desired. |
| | - Posses good typing skills and professional phone etiquette. |
| | - Excellent wrtten and oral communications skills required; |
| | - Positive interpersonal skills required; |
| | - Have a positive approach and excellent organizational skills. |
| | - Able to work under pressure and supervised; |
| | - Must be an excellent team player with strong communication skills; |
| | - Have genuine passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience; |
