| Applications are invited for the 5 positions of Customer Services Agent located at Bauerfield Domestic Airport, Port Vila, Vanuatu. The position is within the Airport Operations Department reporting to the Airport Shift Supervisor through to the Bauerfield Domestic Airport Coordinator. |
| Provide outstanding ustomer Service to Customers travelling through bauerfield Domestic Airport at either check - in, departure gate or on arrival of an aircraft. |
| - Co-operate with other Team Members and Departments for the benefit of the Customer. |
| - Interact with customer in friendly,efficient professional manner,always addressing them by name. |
| - Provide consistent and excellent Customer Service by demonstrating effective listeninig skills and preception when to Customers, isolating, anticipating and managing issues and suggesting appropriate alternatives to maximise selling opportunities. |
| - Comply with safety in the work place. |
| - Check-in- collecting ticket coupons,tagging baggage to destination, issuing boarding passes, checking passports and visas, assessing excess baggage, ensuring baggage security procedures have been completed. |
| - Comply with Company Services Standards and Divisional/Departmental Service Standards. |

| - Ability to work as part of a Team. |
| - Ability to work a 7 day / 24 hour Rational Shift Roster. |
| - Recent experience in a Customer Contact/Service position. |
| - High standard of personal presentation and a willingness to wear the Company uniform to set standards. |
| - A strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to be an enthusiastic and supportive Team Member. |
| - Demonstrated ability to work with computers. |
| - Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with people in a tactful and professional manner. |
| - A level o fitness that enables the applicant to perform the duties as required. |
| - Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Cards(ASIC) |
| - Ability to meet Corporate and Divisional/Departmental Services Standards. |
| - Ability hold a dangerous goods acceptance/awareness certificate desireable. |
