| "Eratap Beach Resort is seeking to employ the services of an experienced Ni Vanuatu Sous Chef to work alongside the resort’s Head Chef (Kandy Tamagushiku). This role is a unique opportunity to work for one of Vanuatu’s leading resorts and to be an integral part of the Resort’s highly acclaimed restaurant. This is a senior role and requires the applicant to have the ability to manage all |
| aspects of the kitchen, especially when the Head Chef is off duty. It requires the applicant to be able to support the Head Chef in cooking, ordering, managing service and contributing to menu design. Transport to and from work is provided by staff bus." |

| The successful candidate will need the following attributes to fulfill this role: |
| Criteria: |
| - Minimum 10 years work experience in a commercial kitchen |
| - Sous Chef experience is preferred |
| - Excellent communication skills with good English |
