| | Expressions of interest are invited to fill the position of Manager Marketing Sytems, for Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position will be based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The position will report directly to the GM Sales and Marketing. |

| | Key Responsibilities: |
| | 1)Ensuring the smooth running of all sales and Distribution Systems |
| | 2) Providing users with appropriate support and advice |
| | 3)Mentoring and training of Sales and Distribution Systems support staff |
| | 4)Managing crisis situations, which may involve local or remote connectivity or systems issues |
| | 5)Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that Sales and Distribution facilites meet these needs |
| | 6)Planning, development and implementation the Sales and Distribution Sysytems to ensure cost effectiveness and reliability |
| | 7)Ensuring that all contractual agreements with vendors are met, monitored and fully utilized |

| | - Regulatory data; Schedule Sytem; Internet Booking Engine. |
