| | The EbA Advisor is responsible for Supporting all the ecosystem-based Adaptation activities within the project. They will provide advice to the climate change and food Security Team on the project activities in order to: |
| | - Strengthen exciting activities at all project sites |
| | - Provide guidance and assist staff on the on-ground delivery of key ecosystem-based Adaptation component of the project |
| | - Build the Capacity of the Farmers as Climate Change and Food Security leaders in the communities |
| | - Strengthen Supportive Partnerships in Climate Change and Food Security with government and other stakeholders. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - To be successful in this position, you will need to have a minimum of five years experience in Agriculture, environmental work or development, NGO and Climate Change related work along with a tertiary qualification in |
| | relevant area, preferably at Bachelors Degree level in Agriculture are desired. |
