| | Criteria: |
| | - Professional development in community work or similar; Experience in working in community, health or disability projects; Experience in living and working in rural communities |
| | - Experience in managing a budget; Written and oral communication skills (including report writing); Ability to handle difficult and sensitive issues; Be willing to travel regularly to remote locations within SANMA; |
| | - Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and also without supervision; Experience working alongside people with disabilities (desirable); |
| | - Experience in using participatory monitoring skills (desirable); Read, Write and Speak English and Bislama fluently (essential) French (desirable); |
