| The Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources wishes to recruit experience and qualified persons to fill the position in the Department of Energy, Mines & Mineral Resources. |

| Applicants will assessed against the following selection criteria: |
| Criteria: |
| - Qualification: Degree or appropriate tertiary qualification; Special Business Education: Economics or chemical engineering chemistry or any related field |
| - Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the petroleum industry would be an advantage; Must have the capacity to perform all or some of the above duties and responsibilities |
| - Special skills: Has a good command of computer applications (i.e Microsoft word, excel, publisher etc.); Thinking style: Has a good practical and creative approach to rising issues in the petroleum industry |
| - Communication/Interpersonal skills: Good communication and negotiation skills; Behavioural Competencies: Good character, hard worker, mature and reliable; Ability to work independently |
| - Language: Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English or French and Bislama. |
