| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Oversees the completion of the existing volunteer program for local youth. This ranges from awareness and selection days and preparation for the community development projects through to completion of the work experience placement, training and supporting youth for future endeavors |
| | 2) Responsibility for management of this program is delegated to this position under the supervision of the Future Leaders Program Manager. |

| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Highly motivated and hardworking; Strong planning and organisational skills; Computer skills in word and excel |
| | -Excellent communication skills both written and spoken, including English; Strong community links and knowledge of youth services |
| | - Project management skills, including budget management; Ability to deliver training to achieve identified outcomes |
| | - Experience and passion in working with youth; Experience successfully working in a team environment |
| | - Commitment to YCV's values; Understanding of YCV's program and the organisation (desirable); Experience in youth training and/or leading groups (desirable); Previous experience with YCV (desirable). |
